Arrivals against shuttle departures. Marshl flags a collision when a flight reaches the curb (~25 min after landing) after its shuttle leaves. Set departure times on pickup groups in Setup.

Where every shuttle is right now, straight from the driver's phone. A shuttle stands on its own: build the whole run here, flights optional. Nothing appears on the map until a driver opens their link and taps Start drive, and every position shows how old it is, because a phone that locks stops reporting while the bus keeps moving.

Name it, say when it leaves, and where from and to. Everything else is optional.

Each driver gets a private live link, no login needed.
This link is the tracking. There is nothing else to set up. When a driver opens it and taps Start drive, their phone reports its position every 20 seconds and the bus appears on the Shuttles map. It stops when they tap Drive complete - never between runs.
You send the link, not Marshl. Send link opens it in your default email app, already written - you review and send. On webmail, use Copy instead.

Shuttles · the ground plan
The route: origin, destination, departure time, driver. A shuttle stands on its own - add flights later, or not at all. Addresses get pinned on the map; the driver sees whatever you type either way.
Already added guests with flights? Marshl can group them into shuttles by when they reach the curb.
